For your bucket list: Kimono Sushi Bar & Grill was GREAT! We have been looking for a good sushi/Japanese restaurant here and I think we found it! We have traveled (and eaten) many places in Japan and like to revisit that in a Japanese restaurant that has great sushi — Kimono is it. They have Agedashi Tofu which is superb, and the best presentation of a dragon roll ever (yep, it was really tasty, too). We also had delicious Golden California Roll and Fried California Roll, and an excellent Vegetable Tempura that reminded me of a favorite mom-and-pop shop in Tokyo Minato-ku. Everything is presented beautifully as in any good restaurant. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere, especially the Asian TV station. Loved it.
