Red Rocks Fitness Challenge

The fifth annual Red Rocks Fitness Challenge kicks off with a free session onSaturday, April 18 and invites participants of all ages and fitness levels to challenge themselves in the striking, natural surroundings of Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre.
The fitness program is open to the public and is held on Saturdays from 7 to 8 a.m. April 18 through July 11. In partnership with Denver Parks and Recreation, Red Rocks Amphitheatre’s iconic stage and steps will turn into an outdoor gym for an invigorating group workout.
A team of Denver’s certified personal trainers from Denver Parks and Recreation, along with a lifestyle coach, will provide group personal training sessions inside the amphitheatre as well as professional nutrition advice.
Participants are invited to register for season passes offering all 12 workout sessions at Red Rocks and exclusive access to weekday workouts, or to purchase four-packs or drop-in sessions. Participants can take the Red Rocks Fitness Challenge for free on April 18 and still register for season passes and four-packs.
Registration for season passes and four-packs are available now, and patrons can save by ordering in advance online at RedRocksOnline.com. Four-packs, along with drop-ins, are also available for purchase at Red Rocks workouts with cash or credit.
• Season Pass: $150 (includes access to 12 Red Rocks workouts, 44 weekday workouts at Washington and Platt Parks, goodie bag with t-shirt and pre- and post-fitness assessments)
• Four-packs: $40 (Red Rocks workouts only)
• Drop-in: $12 cash or credit at the door (Red Rocks workouts only)
Pre- and post-fitness assessments are included with the season pass and will take place at the Red Rocks Visitor Center taking approximately 25 minutes for each person. The pre-assessment date will be Saturday, April 11 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The post-fitness assessment is to be announced. The assessment includes measuring weight and body mass index, and a plank hold, push-up and stairs test. A grand prize will be awarded to the season-long participant with the best overall improvement from their pre-assessment.
